EllePeach Shipping Policy

EllePeach is operated by Luma House Co LLC.

1. Order Processing and Shipping Time

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated Shipping Time:

After processing, orders are typically fulfilled and prepared for shipment within a total handling window of 1-2 business days.

Handling time includes order processing, product preparation, fulfillment coordination, and shipment setup before the package is handed off to the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, estimated transit time is typically 6–8 business days within the United States.

Transit time may vary depending on the product, delivery location, carrier, fulfillment timeline, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

Faster Shipping:
If you need faster delivery, please contact us at support@ellepeach.com before placing your order. We will do our best to confirm whether faster shipping is available for your selected product.

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. 

2. Shipping Fees

We currently offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

3. Shipping Methods

Shipping carriers and fulfillment methods may vary depending on the product size, weight, availability, and delivery location. We select the most suitable shipping method to help ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

4. Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

As EllePeach continues to grow, we hope to expand our shipping options and serve customers worldwide in the future.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to become active.

In some cases, tracking updates may not appear immediately after the label is created. Once the package is scanned by the carrier, tracking updates should become available. For questions about your shipment, please contact us at support@ellepeach.com

6. Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ellepeach.com

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as photos or additional information may be required to help us resolve the issue.
