What is EllePeach?

EllePeach is a women’s fashion boutique created to help women feel beautiful, confident, and joyful in what they wear. Our store focuses on feminine, cute, and everyday pieces — especially dresses inspired by soft, graceful, and effortless style.

EllePeach is operated by Luma House Co LLC.

Where is EllePeach located?

EllePeach is an online boutique. We currently operate online so we can offer a curated selection of women’s fashion directly to our customers.

What kind of clothing do you sell?

We focus mainly on women’s clothing, especially dresses, mini dresses, casual dresses, summer dresses, and feminine everyday pieces. Our goal is to offer styles that feel cute, flattering, comfortable, and easy to wear.

Orders

How do I know if my order went through?

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@ellepeach.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ellepeach.com

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at support@ellepeach.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update it. However, EllePeach is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

As EllePeach grows, we hope to expand shipping to more locations in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Order processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, availability, and carrier delays.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 6-10 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–72 hours to appear after a package has been shipped. Carrier delays, high shipping volume, holidays, or weather may also affect tracking updates.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help look into it.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking the size chart and product measurements listed on each product page before placing your order.

Because sizing may vary by style, fabric, and cut, reviewing the measurements is the best way to choose the right fit.

Do your dresses run true to size?

Some styles may fit true to size, while others may run slightly smaller or larger depending on the fabric and design.

Please review the product description and size chart for each item before ordering.

What if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the measurements carefully. For looser or flowy dresses, your usual size may work well. For more fitted styles, sizing up may provide a more comfortable fit.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your screen brightness, device settings, lighting, and photography.

Are the product photos accurate?

Our product photos are meant to show the style, color, fit, and overall look of each piece. Slight differences in color, fabric texture, or fit may occur.

Are accessories included with the clothing?

Unless clearly stated in the product description, accessories shown in photos are not included. This may include bags, jewelry, shoes, hats, or other styling pieces.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your order. If something does not work out, please review our Return Policy for full details on eligibility, return windows, and requirements.

Items must usually be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@ellepeach.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions if your item qualifies for a return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Exchanges may depend on product availability. If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

If the item is out of stock, we may recommend placing a new order or requesting a return if eligible.

Are sale items returnable?

Some sale or discounted items may be final sale. Please review the product page and Return Policy before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. This may include major credit cards and other secure payment options available through Shopify.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your purchase. Discount codes must be applied at checkout to be valid.

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We cannot guarantee that a discount can be applied after an order has already been placed.

Can I combine discount codes?

Discount codes usually cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
